Problem Note 61335: Searching for a folder location in the metadata search window returns "The URL must be an SBIP protocol" error

You might encounter a problem when searching for a folder location in the metadata search window. When you click the Browse button, you can receive the following error:
The URL must be an SBIP protocol.
The error occurs only when you are using project repositories under change management.
